ORDERS & SHOPPING
It's easy! Click on the flag at the very top of the page to select the location you'll be shipping to. Once selected, click 'DONE'.
Click the item(s) you'd like to purchase, select a color, and size, and then 'ADD TO BAG.' You will then be prompted to 'Start Checkout' and proceed to check out or continue shopping.
To check out, click the bag icon on the upper right corner after you have placed the last item you'd like to purchase in your cart. Once on your Shopping Bag page, click the 'Start Checkout' button. During the checkout process, you will see your merchandise total at the exchange rate selected as well as the cost for shipping, and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties taxes and custom fee.
Once completed, an order confirmation email and status updates will follow.
Right now we currently offer international shipments to Australia, the Uk and France, and will be expanding worldwide shortly.
We display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your preferred shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes required by the customs in the destination location. Your order total amount is guaranteed at the exchange rate at the time your order is placed. No surprises!
We offer all major payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal, along with buy now, pay later options (Either Klarna (Uk) or Afterpay (Aus) depending on your shipping country).
Additional local payment methods are available and viewable upon checkout.
Unfortunately not - Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. The good news? You can return your order by mail as soon as you receive your package.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer physical gift cards or eGift cards for international customers for purchase. Right now, gift cards are only available for purchase to customers shipping within the USA or Canada. Therefore, they cannot be redeemed on the international website either.
Please note that if you paid for your order with a credit card, the transaction will appear on your bank statement under the name Flow*Gr Dynamite.

Right now, international shopping is available on our desktop and mobile devices on garageclothing.com only. We currently do not support transactions made to international countries outside of Canada and USA on our mobile application.

We estimate that you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date using DHL express. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we are committed to shipping out your order as quickly as possible!
Yes, of course! To track your order, click the 'Order Tracking' link at the bottom footer of the website (if you are on mobile, it can be found under the 'Orders' dropdown) and enter your order number, order email and billing postal code. It's that easy.
We will also be sending you a 'Shipping Confirmation' email with all your tracking number once your order has left our distribution center.
Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the carrier to investigate further.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties, taxes and custom fees are treated differently depending on what country you are shipping to. We currently offer to prepay these fees upfront, you will not have to pay for these fees separately when your order arrives because they are included in your order total.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on where they are made, on the specific item(s) ordered, the value of your purchase, and the destination of your order. These additional fees are added to your order total in your shopping cart at checkout so you will not have to worry about being charged extra fees when your order is delivered.
Pre-paid duties will not be subject to a refund, however in the case where we cannot fulfill item(s) in your order for any reason, you will be refunded for duties on those items.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For international orders, regular-priced and sale merchandise can be returned within 45 days of delivery.
*Please note that we do not accept returns on CLEARANCE items, underwear, earrings, fragrance, or any other product marked "final sale". Exceptions may be made if the merchandise was found to be defective.
Returns by mail are free for our international customers and must be made via our self-service return portal.
How it works:
- Access the online return portal here & enter your order details
- Select the item(s) you wish to return (Note: if an item is final sale, you will be unable to select it)
- Print out all documents including a prepaid return label
- Place the return slip inside the package with the items you are returning and stick the shipping label on the outside of your package. Have the commercial invoice ready for pick-up if requested.
- Schedule a pick up with DHL directly on the portal or drop off your return to your nearest DHL drop-off location.
- Track your returns using the link provided in your Return Confirmation Email.
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your items on your original method of payment.
Return shipping is totally FREE for a limited time only and there are no additional charges upon return of the merchandise. If duties & taxes are included in the product price, you will receive a full refund of those as well. Duties and taxes that are paid separately at checkout are nonrefundable.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges for international orders. If you want a different item or size, please return the original item via our self-service return portal and we kindly ask to place another order with us.
We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. Upon receipt of your item, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to be fully processed in your account. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take up to 10 business days to reach your account.
The following Eligibility Requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund:
- The order was placed within the last 45 days (this date can be found in your order confirmation email)
- The product is in new condition, unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Brands must be returned in their original packaging (Ex: Shoes in shoe box, Beauty product in case etc).
- The product has its original price tags attached.
- Intact shoes can only be returned or exchanged if they are in original condition with protective film (if applicable).
Final sale on:
- Earrings, fragrance, underwear, face masks and beauty products.
- Clearance products in the sale section with “Final sale” in the product name.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, inclusive if those items that were purchased as a gift. Unfortunately no exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. Note: final sale Items will be flagged in the return portal and be unable to select for a refund. If by any chance, it gets accepted, the item will automatically be reshipped to the customer's shipping address.
