Cute Accessory!
The heart chain is super cute and goes great with many different outfits! I'd say that it's definitely more of a decorative accessory than a functional one that holds up your pants. The little dangle heart at the end of the chain is fun and pretty, and can be tucked into a belt loop or pocket if it gets in the way.
