Cute but had extra fabric in front

These pants are really cute and comfortable. Only problem is that they have a LOT of extra fabric in the crotch area so the pants sag and the fabric gathers in front. But I can’t order a smaller size cause the waistline fits perfectly so I think they are supposed to be like that.
