Shrinks like crazy

I washed it in cold water and air dried it and it shrunk sooo much. I gave it to my 5’1 friend and it was still soo small for her

Loved but disappointed

I bought this dress so excited to wear it and I wore it a few times but then after the first wash it shrunk so much that now I don’t wanna wear it because all my cleavage will show. Pretty disappointed.
